Proving AI’s Value
A free hands-on workshop for government, corporate and non-profit leaders to measure the AI impact that matters.

About this free workshop…
Across government, non-profit and private sectors, leaders are under pressure to prove what AI is actually delivering, whether that’s public value or commercial return. Yet more than 70% of governments aren’t evaluating its impact, and almost half of private-sector organisations say demonstrating or proving AI’s value is their biggest barrier to adopting it. The good news is that measuring AI’s impact doesn’t need a new discipline. It’s a hard-to-measure result, and PuMP is already a leading approach to exactly that.
In this free 90-minute hands-on workshop with PuMP founder Stacey Barr and her Global PuMP Partners, we’ll take an AI impact from your own organisation and turn it, step by step, into a measurable result with a first potential measure.
Join us and find out:
- Why the pressure to adopt AI so often skips the question of what impact it should have, and how starting with your organisation’s purpose, whether that’s public value or commercial return, changes that.
- How to turn a broad AI ambition into a result specific enough to measure.
- What makes a measure of AI’s impact reliable, and why many common AI metrics aren’t.
- How to design a first potential measure for your own AI impact.
- Which risks to watch for, including unintended consequences, data gaps, delayed signals of impact, and tangled logic in your AI strategy.
Whether you need to prove public value or commercial return, you’ll leave with one AI impact from your own organisation made measurable, a first potential measure, and a clear list of risks to watch, along with the confidence that proving AI’s value is achievable with a method that’s already proven. All this for nothing more than a 90-minute investment of your time.
NOTE: When you register for this workshop, you will also receive a free subscription to Measure Up. It’s a monthly email newsletter giving you free access to regular practical tips, case studies, online training and invitations to upcoming events. Of course, you can unsubscribe anytime. But it’s more than worth trying it out!
