PuMP had humble beginnings. It started as an in-house solution that I developed when I was the Measurement Consultant for a railway organisation, in the mid 1990s. And since then, it’s evolved into a comprehensive, practical and proven measurement methodology that powers strategy execution and organisational performance. PuMP works in every sector, any industry, and any culture around the world.

Since the year 2000, PuMP’s home has been on my own business website, staceybarr.com. But PuMP has grown up, and is ready for its own home.

The PuMP Academy is the new home for PuMP.

  4. PuMP Community, the global membership program exclusively for our PuMP Blueprint alumni, to continue learning and sharing together.
  5. PuMP Evidence-Based Leadership online training, which supports our leadership-level program for preparing their strategic direction for execution.
  6. Coming soon: PuMP Refresher, a short and focused training refresher for our PuMP Blueprint alumni, to update and boost their know-how.
