Gohar Orozco Assoian, our PuMP Contractor for Spain, Portugal and LATAM, has created an alternative (and very attractive) version of our PuMP templates, using Microsoft Excel.
Gohar is very practical. And that’s part of the reason she was inspired to experiment with an alternative to managing the large number of PuMP templates we end up with, based on the Microsoft Word versions we typically use.
She built a prototype in Microsoft Excel, for PuMP steps 2, 3 and 5. They look a lot like what we’re all familiar with, in the Word templates, but they are all managed within a single spreadsheet file. Each template has it’s own worksheet, and the template can be replicated (that is, via copy and paste) on each worksheet as many times as you need to. But you just have the one file to manage.
